WebHMI ships with builtin FTP server. It allow users to get access to data on SD card remotely. So you can download SQLite databases with collected data, use SD card as file archive or perform any required maintenance (delete some files, etc).
By default FTP server is enabled. Starting from WebHMI version 3.3 you can disable FTP server on Setup → Settings page on Services tab.
The default settings for the FTP server are the same as for network settings, namely:
You can use FTP server to download raw SQLite3 databases with all collected data f rom SD card remotely.
These files are located in log folder. There is separate database for every day. Each such day file contains only data collected during that day.
Please note that FTP connection is not processed via Level2 server. So you have to add another node in the Level2 nodes for your PC as a VPN client, enable routing from this VPN client to the WebHMI and then use VPN IP address to access the target WebHMI over FTP.
