Send Telegram messages via Level2
When WebHMI is connected to Level2 it is possible to send Telegram messages from WebHMI using the Lua function provided.
Take care of not to send the messages in each scan but only one-time when a respective condition occurs otherwise you may flood the chat with unnecessary messages 1).

Though the Telegram messages are free of charge, still flooding the chat may be distractive
