====== Connecting to PLC with CodeSys kernel ======

WebHMI connects to PLCs using the CodeSys development system using the Modbus / TCP protocol, by setting up an additional connection in the PLC configuration, since for each Modbus / TCP client it is necessary to set up individual connections.

I.e. despite the fact that the configured controller can already have a configured connection for communication, for example, with a SCADA system, it will not work simultaneously with SCADA and with WebHMI. An additional connection is created as shown in the following figure (using the example of the PLC OWEN 160):
